Resep Pork and onions in a wine sauce

Ingredients :

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoons thyme
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆pork◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 pounds pork loin boneless
  • 1/4 cup arrowroot powder
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic powder
  • ◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆onions◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆
  • 2 very large onions
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆Wine◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆
  • 1/2 cup Shoalxing wine
  • ◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆"noodles"◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆
  • 1 large zucchini

Method :
  1. Trim fat off the pork loin. Cut all the pork into bite sized pieces. Slice the onions into large wedges.
  2. Heat oil. Add salt, pepper, pork fat, thyme, and parsley.
  3. Add garlic, arrowroot powder, and salt to the pork.
  4. Fry the pork fat crispy
  5. With the pork coated add them and onions to the oil. Stir frying. Till pork is done.
  6. Add wine this will also deglaze the pan. Also stirring constantly it will thicken.
  7. Shred or thred the zucchini.
  8. Add to the stir fry
  9. Add zucchini threads to stir fry. Let the heat cook till al dente. Serve hope you enjoy!
