Resep Porc mariné dans du jus de cornichon

Ingredients :

  • ◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆marinade◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆
  • 2/3 cup kosher pickle juice
  • 5 pork loin chops 1-1/2 inch thick
  • ◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆ trimmings◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆
  • 1 large Red Anjou pear
  • 2 medium golden delicious apples
  • 2 small bell peppers
  • 6 long carrots
  • 4 medium zucchinis
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 large kosher pickles
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery salt

Method :
  1. Marinate the pork in pickle juice in a zip lock bag. Let all the air out of bag and seal it. Put in the refrigerator over night or for at least 2 hours.
  2. In a pan heat oil. Sear the chops.
  3. Chop carrots, onions, spices, and zucchini add to pan and cook 10 minutes covered
  4. Wash, core, and peel the apples and pear. Dice them. Add to pan and add butter. Cook till done
  5. Slice the pickles very thinly
  6. Add dill pickles and celery salt to top cover let sit 7 minutes
