Ingredients :
- 113 grams butter
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- Pinch Salt
Method :
- Melt butter in a small pan. When the butter has fully melted it will create 3 layers. Clear as much of the top layer as possible.
- Pour the rest into a separate bowl, the bottom layer will stick to the bottom of the pan. You now should have a clear yellow butter.
- Mix the garlic and salt into the butter and your done. Pour over pizza or use as a bread dip.
