Ingredients :
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar (or regular granulated)
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (or canola oil)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method :
- Sift dry ingredients together in a large bowl
- Whisk wet ingredient together separately, then mix with the dry ingredients
- Preheat frying pan or skillet to medium-high heat (6 on my stove)
- Ladel out pancakes at a 1/4 cup each, which makes pancakes about 5 inches wide
- Cook for about 2 minutes each side
- Put the finished pancakes on a plate and put them in an oven to warm while you finish the rest of the batter.
