
Ingredients :
- 3 boiled potatoes,
- 5 tbsp rice flour
- 1/2 cup corns crushed
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp chilli flakes or red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp mix herbs (oregano, thyme, rosemerry and basil)
- for indian twist instead of herbs you can add chat masala
- 3 cubes cheese diced(you can add even more)
- 3 tbsp maida to made thick batter for coating
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- salt to taste (remember cheese contains salt)
- oil for deep frying
Method :
- Peel and mash the boiled potatoes. Add crushed corns, rice flour, salt, red chilli powder or flakes, herbs , lemon juice and salt to it.
- Now make all the cheese balls and refrigerate it for about 15 minutes.
- Dip these balls in maida batter. Now roll it in breadcrumbs and deep fry it till becomes nice golden brown.
- Serve it along with ketchup, mayonnaise or any other dip.
- (instead of bread crumbs you can take rawa to make crust crispy.)
