Ingredients :
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp salt or to taste
- 1/8 tsp pepper or to taste
- 2 medium brown potatoes
- 1 bag (14 oz) frozen broccoli cauliflower mix
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1/4 c. Milk
Method :
- Bring a pot of water to boil on the stove.
- Wash potatoes and cut into tiny squares. I leave the skins on, more vitamins, yay vitamins! Plus, I loathe peeling potatoes.
- When the water boils dump in the potatoes and broccoli cauliflower mix. Let it boil for 10-15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
- Next, break out your Ninja (I can"t believe there isn"t a ninja emoji😕) or your food processor. Strain the vegetables and dump them into the Ninja. Add butter, milk, and spices. Blend until it resembles mashed potatoes.
- Serve it along side of your favorite meat 🍗🍖
