Ingredients :
- 1 cup butter , softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- any kind of jam
Method :
- First preheat oven to 150°C/325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- With an electric mixer blend butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Gently mix in flour until well combined. Work the dough with your hands for about 1 minute than cover it with plastic wrap and put it in the freezer for about 15 minutes
- Roll tablespoonful dough and place on baking sheet
- Press down the center of each ball with your thumb.
- Fill the centers with a teaspoon of jam.( I used cherry,apricots and blackberry jam)
- Bake for about 12-15 minutes until golden brown.Let cool for a few minutes and enjoy 😊
