
Ingredients :
- 2 lb white fish
- 1 T Smoked paprika
- 1 T Cumin
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1/2 T Dried cilantro
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Tomato
- 1/2 Red onion
- 1 Lime
- 1 Jalepeno
- bunch cilantro
- Shredded cabbage
Method :
- Mix the spices together (smoked paprika, cumin, dried cilantro, salt and pepper), and apply liberally to the fish
- Make the salsa...chop up the veggies and put them in a bowl squeeze a lime on top and season with salt and pepper
- Heat a pan on med high with a couple tablespoons of olive oil and fry the fish
- Warm the corn tortillas, place the shredded cabbage down, top with the fish and then the pico di gayo
