Recipe Breakfast Lasagna

Ingredients :

  • 1 box Oven Ready Lasagna Noodles
  • 3 Packets White Gravy Mix
  • 1 Large Tomato (diced)
  • 2 Carrots (shredded)
  • 1 Bell Pepper (diced)
  • 1 lb Turkey Sausage
  • 18 Slices Applewood Smoke Bacon
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Cup Onion (diced)
  • 3 Cups Shredded Cheddar
  • 1 Bag Tater Tots
  • 3 Cups Milk

Method :
  1. Scramble and fry eggs, fry the Bacon, brown the sausage, make gravy, and bake the tater tots till they are golden brown.
  2. Spray rectangle glass baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Pour 1 cup of gravy into baking dish. Put a layer of noodles in the pan.
  3. Make a layer of 6 slices of Bacon, sausage, carrots, onions, bell peppers, eggs, tater tots, and tomatoes. Top with 1 cup of cheese and 1 cup of gravy. Lay down another layer of lasagna noodles.
  4. Repeat step 3.
  5. Top lasagna with last 6 slices of Bacon, last cup of gravy making sure to pay special attention to the edges, & last cup of cheese.
  6. Bake in oven at 350° for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and gravy is bubbling.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes then cut into servings and enjoy.
