Ingredients :
- 2 tbs Soy sauce
- 1 tbs dry sherry
- 1 tbs Hosin sauce
- 1 tsp Rice vinegar
- 1 tbs Sesame oil
- 1 tbs minced garlic
- 1 Tbs peeled and minced ginger
- 4 cups cole slaw mix or shredded cabbage
- 6 oz EverRoast Chicken breast, shredded or thin sliced
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 12 Living Lettuce leaves
- 1/8 cup chopped cashews
Method :
- Combine the soy and hosin sauce, the rice vinegar, and sherry in a small bowl and whisk vigorously.
- In a large skillet over medium high heat, coat with oil and saute ginger and garlic for 30 seconds. Add sauce mixture and cole slaw and cook for 2 mins.
- Add chicken and onions to pan and cook for 2 additional mins. Remove from heat and add cashews, serve on lettuce leaves.
