Ingredients :
- 250 gr chicken breast, diced
- 1 green paprika, cut into slices
- 100 gr champignon mushrooms, sliced thinly
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled, smashed, then sliced thinly
- 1 onion, peeled, sliced thinly
- 2/3 cup thick yogurt
- to taste Salt, pepper
- to taste Chicken broth powder
- 1 tbsp oil
Method :
- Heat oil in a pan. Using low heat, stir-fry garlic, then onion, until a bit transparent.
- Add pieces of chicken. Flip the chicken after a minute or two.
- Add paprika, then mushrooms.
- Add condiments, then yogurt. Continue stirring until done. Enjoy with warm rice.
