Recipe Carrot rice

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 fresh carrots
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method :
  1. Put the oil in a saucepan and sauté the carrots till it turns a golden colour
  2. Add the rice and water to it.
  3. Add the salt for taste.
  4. Serve with any gravy of your choice.
