Ingredients :
- 1 cup rice
- 2 fresh carrots
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
Method :
- Put the oil in a saucepan and sauté the carrots till it turns a golden colour
- Add the rice and water to it.
- Add the salt for taste.
- Serve with any gravy of your choice.
