Ingredients :
- 2 fillets wakashi (young yellowtail)
- 1/3 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, as needed
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp dried thyme
Method :
- Prepare a piece of aluminium foil large enough to wrap the fish. Slice the onion and garlic, break up the shimeji mushrooms.
- Spread the olive oil on the foil and place the fish seasoned with salt and pepper both sides.
- Put the sliced onion, shimeji mushrooms and sliced garlic on the top of fish. Add a tsp of lemon juice and a half tsp of soy sauce. Wrap the foil around the fish.
- Put in a frying pan. With the lid on, cook for about 15 min on a low heat. Check if the fish is cooked or not. If it"s done, serve and enjoy!
