Ingredients :
- 6 Chicken drumsticks
- At least 2 cups lemon juice per 6 drumsticks
- 4-6 chopped cloves garlic
- 1 heaping tablespoon course kosher salt
- 3 shakes Worcestershire
- 1 heaping tablespoon coffee grounds
Method :
- Thaw chicken
- Place drumsticks and all ingredients in gallon zip lock bag
- Seal bag with minimal air
- Seal bag in second bag and shake until chicken is coated
- Lay flat in fridge and marinade for 30 minutes to 8 hours
- Flip halfway through
- Broil 10-13 minutes each side in middle rack
- Eat
