Ingredients :
- 1 Ripe Avocado
- 1 Ripe vine tomato
- Juice of 1 Lime
- 1 Hot Thai Chilli
- 1 Slice Red Onion
- Pinch Salt
Method :
- Cut Avocado in Half, talk pit out and scoop the fruit in one piece. Slice and plate it.
- Cut tomato in thin slice. Slice chilli very thin. Plate everything. Add pinch of salt and pour lime juice.
