Ingredients :
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 2 tsp. Vanilla
- 3 Cups Flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
Method :
- Cream together butter and sugar
- Add sour cream, eggs and vanilla, mix well.
- Mix in Flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
- Using cookie scoop, scoop, roll into balls, place on ungreased cookie sheet and flatten with hand.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350°F
