Ingredients :
- 1 2 to 3 lb chicken breast
- 3 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil divided
- 1 12.oz frozen lemonade concentrated thawed and undiluted
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tsp white vinegar
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
Method :
- combine flour and salt ,dredge chicken in flour mixture,... heat 2 T, oil in a large skillet add chicken and cook over medium heat Until lightly brown turning once. till all pices are done add the rest of oil as needed.
- combined. Lemonade ,a half a cup of water, brown sugar, ketchup ,and the vinegar ...mix well, pour mixture over chicken in skillet, cover and cook for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- remove the chicken from the skillet place and chicken on a serving platter cover with foil keeping warm
- now combine the cornstarch and the two tablespoons of water in a small bowl and mix well. gradually add the cornstarch mix to the juice stirring constantly in the skillet , stirring until smooth and thickened, spoon over chicken pieces and serve, careful not to burn yourself it"s thick and sticky
