Ingredients :
- 1 large cabbage
- tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons sugar (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup water
- Smoked meat
- Pepper
Method :
- Chop cabbage how you like!
- Add smoked meat of your choice to half cup water let it come to a boil then turn on low. After washing cut cabbage add to simmering water.
- Add butter , olive oil, salt, pepper, and sugar. Crank up the heat and give a good stir to mix ingredients.
- After cabbage comes to a good boil turn to med-high heat for about 10-20min to cook to your tenderness. Remember season to taste.
