Ingredients :
- 3 cups Oats
- 1/4 cup Coconut oil
- 1/2 cup Honey
Method :
- First set oven to 300°F
- Next mix the coconut oil and honey together and microwave it till its melted.
- Then add all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix until the oats are well coated. This is also a place where you can add other things such as pecans or almonds.
- Place the mixture into a large non-stick cookie sheet. Spread the oats out as much as you can then place it in the over for 15 mins.
- After the 15 mins take out of the over and mix the oats try to get the darker edge pieces into the center and vice versa.
- Then place back into the over for another 15 mins.
- Finally take it out and let it cool for about 20-30 mins. Then enjoy!
