Ingredients :
- 2 cup Broccoli
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- 5 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1 Boiling water
- 1 Salt, To Taste
Method :
- Boil broccoli and salt, cook until tender
- In separate sauce pan, melt butter on low heat. Slowly add flour until smooth
- While stirring constantly slowly add milk and stir until smooth
- Add salt and cheese and stir until cheese is melted, try not to overcook.
- Pour cheese sauce over broccoli and enjoy! :D
