Recipe Crock pot Vegetable beef soup

Ingredients :

• 1 1/2 c water
• 2 beef bullion cubes
• 1 1/2 pound lean stew meat
• 32 oz beef broth
• 2 cups water
• to taste minced garlic
• 2 (28 oz) cans tomato sauce
• 28 oz bag Pictsweet vegetables for soup
• to taste salt and pepper

Method :

1. Put 1 1/2 cup water, the bullion, and beef in crock pot. Cook on low for 4 hours (until beef is fall apart tender).
2. Cut/shred any large beef pieces to less than spoon size (so it can share with the vegetables). Add broth, garlic, water, and tomato sauce.
3. Add vegetables. Cook on high for three hours. Salt and pepper to taste.
