Ingredients :
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp grated ginger
- 1/4 cup chopped lemongrass
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 thai chili, minced
- 1 raw chicken breast, sliced
- 1 sliced onion
- Shredded bok choy
- 4 cups water
- 1 can coconut milk
- Cilantro
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
Method :
- Saute garlic, ginger, lemongrass, cumin, coriander, and chili
- Add chicken and onion. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add bok choy, water, coconut milk, cilantro, and fish sauce. Cook 8 minutes.
