Recipe Brown Rice

Ingredients :

  • For 2 cups rice:
  • 2 cups brown rice
  • 3 cups water
  • For 1 1/2 cups rice:
  • 1 1/2 cups brown rice
  • 2 3/4 cups water

Method :
  1. Bring rice and water to a boil.
  2. Cover, and reduce to a slow, steady simmer for 30 minutes. A wide, shallow pot with a tight-fitting lid ensures evenly cooked grains.
  3. Let the cooked rice sit for 10 minutes, covered, to absorb maximum moisture; then remove the lid, and fluff the grains with a fork.
  4. For rice cooker 50 minutes
