Ingredients :
- 2 Cups Plain Flour
- 1 Cup Buttermilk
- 1 Tsp Ground Paprika
- 1 Tsp Dried Basil
- 1 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tsp Ground Chilli
- Vegetable Oil
- 1 Egg
- 6 Chicken Breasts
- 1 Tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Salt & Pepper
- 1 Tsp Dried Sage Leaves
Method :
- Put all dried ingredients into a bowl and mix together
- In a separate bowl, add the buttermilk and egg, and whisk together
- Coat the chicken breast in the flour mixture
- Then, dip the chicken breast in the egg and milk mixture, and back in the flour (do this until the chicken is completely coated)
- Repeat this sequence with all pieces of chicken
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan till hot enough to fry.
- Emerse the chicken pieces in the vegetable oil till the flour mixture is crispy.
