Ingredients :
- 1 (1.25 kg) pork shoulder butt roast
- 1 cup Smoky hickory BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp chilli powder
- 1 extra large onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp veg oil
Method :
- Pour veg oil into the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Place pork roast into the slow cooker with onions and garlic
- In a jug mix the rest of the ingredients and pour over roast. Mix around and on pork
- Cook on high for 5 hours or low for 8 hours
- Pull apart with 2 forks
