Ingredients :
- 2 kg pork ribs
- Yoshida's spicy wing and rib sauce
- 2 dried chili's, diced
- pinch salt
- 3 tbsp cooking butter
Method :
- Season the ribs with salt and then marinate with the sauce.
- Leave to marinate for at least 2 hours.
- Pre-heat oven to 190 c. My oven is fan assisted.
- In an ovenproof dish, coat the bottom with cooking butter such as flora.
- Put the ribs on the tray and cover well with foil.
- Transfer to the oven and cooking for 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours.
- Let the ribs stand for 10 minutes once removed from the oven.
