Ingredients :
- 1 head lettuce, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 slice roast salmon baked and cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic, mashed fine
Method :
- In a bowl, put half the amount of lettuce and add the marinade. Stir well and then add the rest of the lettuce, place in a serving dish and then cut the salmon and add into bowl.
