Recipe Rosemary garlic squash

Resep Rosemary garlic squash

Ingredients :

  • 1 lb yellow squash-thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tbsp dried rosemary seasoning
  • 2 clove garlic-minced
  • pinch kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 stick butter

Method :
  1. Cut squash thinly in circles as much as possible.
  2. Use either a saute or Dutch oven pan. Place on stovetop and set to medium high heat, melt butter; add garlic and rosemary.
  3. Mix and stir so the garlic will not burn; add the yellow squash.
  4. Stir in ingredients; then add salt and pepper, continue to blend all ingredients.
  5. Then turn down heat to lowest setting. Simmer up to 15 minutes.
