Ingredients :
- 2 skinless, boneless salmon filets
- 1 tbl grapeseed oil
- 1 tbl coconut oil
- 2 tbl butter, cubed
- Old Bay
Method :
- Pat dry salmon fillets (dry surface makes seasoning adhere better)
- Season both sides of fillets liberally with Old Bay
- Add oil to skillet set on medium high
- Once oil is hot sear 3 min each side for med cooked salmon.
- Garnish each filet with cubed butter and additional old bay (optional but recommended).
