Recipe Italian Dream Soup

Ingredients :

• 4 slice bacon, chopped
• 1 packages (1 lb) hot Italian sausage, ground
• 1 large onion, diced
• 4 clove garlic, minced
• 4 cup chicken broth
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 3 cup sliced potatoes
• 2 cup kale, chopped
• 3/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
• 1 garlic bread (optional)

Method :

1. In large pot cook bacon over med heat, add sausage and brown, then drain grease.
2. Move sausage to edges and saute onion and garlic in center until fragrant.
3. Stir in broth and potatoes, add salt and pepper and cook med-low heat until potatoes cooked (about 20 min).
4. Add kale and cream, simmer 5 min. Top w parmesan and serve w garlic bread.
