Ingredients :
- 2 cup Country Gravy
- 1 lb Ground Italian Sausage
- 6 large Eggs
- 1 Cheese
- 1/2 cup Milk
- Tater Tots
Method :
- Line up the casserole dish with tater tots and put in the oven for 10 minutes at 450°F
- While the tator tots heat up, ground the sausage and cook the 6 eggs.
- Mix the ground sausage, eggs, and gravy in a mixing bowl. Add some milk and cheese to this as well, use as much as seems fit. Season to taste
- Put the mixture into the pan lined with tator tots, and put into the oven for 25 minutes
- After the time is up, cover the top with cheese and put it back in for another 10 minutes.
- Take out of the oven and let it sit for 15 minutes.
