Resep Spicey Scrambled eggs with Califlower-healthy

Ingredients :

  • 2 eggs, scrambled in bowl
  • 1/3 cup grated califlower, or you can thinly chopped it. whichever you have time for
  • 1 salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 low fat shredded cheese, the kind you like the best
  • 1 Franks hot sauce (optional)

Method :
  1. Spray your pan, place on medium heat. Mix eggs and califlower and add to pan. Cook and scramble. Top with cheese. Serve with whole wheat toast if you like.
  2. Another good ingredient to use is fresh salsa. Play around with the veggies you like. You can also use egg whites only.
