Recipe Gluten Free Banana Brownie

Resep Gluten Free Banana Brownie

Ingredients :

  • 3 very ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbsp. ground flaxseed + 6 tbsp. water (or 2 eggs + 2 egg yolks if you're not vegan)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp. coffee grounds
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3/4 cup cocoa
  • 2/3 cup coconut flour
  • 1 cup (or more) dark chocolate chips

Method :
  1. Preheat oven to 190°C.
  2. Place a baking sheet into a tin pan.
  3. In the large mixing bowl, mash the bananas. Add in the wet ingredients (honey, coconut oil, water, eggs (or flaxseed mix) & vanilla) & mix through.
  4. Then add the coffee, salt, coconut flour & cocoa. Mix through using the fork until it’s all combined.
  5. Add the chocolate chips & fold through.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared tin & pop into the oven for 25 minutes.
  7. They will seem rather uncooked but they will harden as they cool.
  8. Storage: In airtight container for up to 5 days
