Ingredients :
- 1 pints grape tomatoes, quartered
- 1 large cucumber, seeded and chopped
- 1 tbsp sweet onion, chopped
- 1 kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp basil
- 1/4 tsp dill weed
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 dash garlic powder
- 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1 dash olive oil, extra virgin
Method :
- Combine chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions in a medium bowl.
- In a separate bowl whisk together remaining ingredients. Toss with tomato mixture, chill and serve. Enjoy!!
