Ingredients :
- 2 packages Stonemill Pepperoncini Dip
- 2 C shredded chicken
- 1 clove garlic; minced
- 1/2 both red and yellow bell peppers; julienne, halved
- 1/4 red onion; julienne, halved
- 1/4 lemon; juiced
- 1 T sour cream
- 1/2 C grated romano cheese
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
Method :
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix well. Spray a casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray or use butter. Transfer to casserole dish. Bake covered at 350°F for approximately 35 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly heated .
