Ingredients :
- 1 package smoked sausage
- 1 jalapeño (optional)
- 1 handful cilantro
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Method :
- Mince the jalapeño. Pick a good handful if cilantro. And cut up the sausages into bit size pieces.
- On a high heat, put good olive oil in a wok (if you dont have a wok a pan works just as well) and put the cut up sausages, jalapeño and cilantro in as well.
- After a couple minutes, add the brown sugar and stir constantly till the brown sugar has caramelized on the sausage.
- Let cool, these are very hot for a while. Enjoy.
