Ingredients :
- 500 grams ground peanuts
- 800 grams all-purpose flour
- 350 grams white ground sugar
- 400 grams cooking oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Method :
- Preheat oven 350°F.
- Place all ingredients into mixing bowl. Mix it well around 2 - 5 mnt.
- Flatten dough using roller pin, approximately 0,5 cm. Dust it use dry flour if too sticky to the roller pin.
- Cut using cookie cutter. Place on to baking pan
- Bake around 10 mnt. Or Depends on thickness flatten dough.
- After golden brown remove from the oven. Let it cold, then put in the container.
- Cookies would so soft after come out from the oven, so better waiting until cold and ready to place.
