Ingredients :
- enchilada group
- 10 1/2 oz cheese sauce.
- 2 10 ounce enchilada sauce.
- 1 can diced peppers.
- 1 can rotel tomatos.
- 2 lb ground meat.
- 2 cup shredded taco cheese.
- 15 oz can refried beans.
- 1 tortilla shells
- 1 frito corn chips
Method :
- Cook & drain 2 lbs of ground meat.
- Add can of enchilada sauce, diced chili"s, refried beans, & taco cheese to meat & stir over low heat.
- In separate bowl, mix rotel tomatoes, cheese sauce, & enchilada sauce together.
- Add meat mixture to shell, layer Frito chips on top, roll shell.
- Add sauce & enjoy.
