Ingredients :
- Toasted Turkey Delight
- 1 Marinated Danish Feta
- 1/4 Turkey Breast (Shaved or Roasted)
- 7 Baby Spinach Leaves
- 1/4 Avocado
- 2 Slices of Wholemeal Bread
- 1 pinch of Black Pepper
- Cranberry Sauce
- Butter
- Mixed Italian Herbs
- Optional
- 3 Slices of Turkey Breast
- 3 Pitted Kalamata Olives
- 5 ml Mint Jelly Sauce
Method :
- Add Turkey Breast, marinated feta and avocado. Add Black pepper to avocado. Slice spinch leaves and remove stems, Cover with sliced baby spinach leaves.
- Optional, add 5 drops of mint jelly (it"s very strong and may over power the whole sandwich so use very little) you may also slice kalamata olives into 3 and place them in a 3x3 grid.
- On the second slice of bread cover with a thick layer of cranberry sauce.
- Place cranberry sauce covered bread on top, cover other side with butter and top with mixed Italian herbs.
- Toast in sandwich press or grill, for approx 2 minutes or until golden brown. Slice and serve, Enjoy!
