Ingredients :
- Omelet
- 3 Egg
- 1 Big Onion
- Salt as your taste
- 1 tsp Vegetable oil
- 1 Green chilli
- Gravy for omelet curry
- 1 Big Potato
- 1 Big Onion paste
- 1 tsp Garlic paste
- 1 tsp Ginger paste
- 1/2 cup Tomoto puree
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder
- Salt as your taste
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
- 2 tbsp Cilantro chopped for garnishing
- 2 tbsp Mustered Oil or Vegetable oil
Method :
- Crack three eggs in a big bowl.
- Whisk egg with whisker.. Add chopped onion, green chilli n salt.
- Now heat oil in non stick frying pan... Spread egg..cook one side...
- Wen cooked one side.. Start to fold the omelet..
- Now its folded..
- Cut into in pieces.. Keep aside.
- Cut the potato in cubes. Wash them.
- Heat oil in heavy bottom pan... Add potato pieces. Fry them till light brown.
- Now add garlic n onion paste.. Saute them for two min.. Add ginger paste . Tomato puree.. Add all dry ingredients..except garam masala.. Stir continuously...
- Wen all spices starts to release oil... Add two cups of water. Cover the lid. Cook for ten minutes.
- Now open the lid. Check potato become soft.. Then add omelet pieces.. Cook for two minutes without lid.
- Now take out.. Off the fire.. Sprinkle garam masala n garnish with cilantro.
- Serve with hot steamed rice..
