Ingredients :
- 2 cups white rice
- 1 pound chicken breasts
- 1 (12 ounce) box bow tie pasta
- 3 celery stalks chopped
- 3 carrots (shredded)
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1/4 cup green onions
- 1 green bell pepper (diced)
- 1 red bell pepper (diced)
- 1 yellow bell pepper (diced)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 4 ounces chicken broth
Method :
- Wash hands
- Get out a large skillet drizzle some olive oil on the skillet and put the stove on high heat
- Place the chicken breats in the pan keep your eyes on the chicken do not turn away for a good 4-5 minutes
- Wash hands
- Cur the cooked chicken breasts into shreds with a grater that way you won"t get big chunks of chicken in your delicious soup
- In a medium pot get out 2 cups of white rice then splash in 2 cups water and let cook for 10 minutes or less
- In a large pot fill with water and set on the stovetop on high heat until bubbly
- Once it"s bubbling add in a whole box 12 ounce box bow tie pasta until cooked
- Then in a seperate pot splash in 4 ounces of chicken broth then add in the veggiex 3 celery stalk, 3 carrots rinsed and shredded, 1/4 cup chopped green onions, 1 red bell pepper, 1 yellow bell pepper, 1 green bell pepper
- Then add in 1 tablespoon cayenne pepler, and 1/2 tablespoon of hot sauce, along with salt and pepper
- Once it"s hot turn off the stove and mix gently with a wooden spoon
- And serve it in a bowl grab a spoon and dig in
