Recipe Pork Shogayaki

Ingredients :

  • 450 grams pork, thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger
  • 2 tbsp mirin
  • 2 tbsp canola oil

Method :
  1. Combine soy sauce, ginger, mirin in a bowl. Add pork slices, marinate for 15 mins or more.
  2. Heat oil in the skillet. Fry pork slices in high heat until slightly browned. Do the same in the other side.
  3. Pour sauce ingredients into the pan and saute until the sauce thickens and coats the pork. Remove the pork slices, draining the fat away.
