Ingredients :
- 1 whole or 1kg salmon fillet
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2/3 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 1/2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
Method :
- Preheat oven at 180C.
- Line baking tray with foil, place salmon on foil and set aside.
- Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, herbs, salt, pepper, spring onions together in a bowl.
- Add in melted butter and mix well.
- Spread the mixture over the top of the salmon fillet perfectly.
- Bake for 15 mins till salmon is cooked and crust is golden.
- Serve warm.
