Ingredients :
- 2 lbs chicken tenders
- olive oil
- lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/8 cup lemon juice
- 2 T minced garlic
- 1 T flour
- 1 cup heavy cream
Method :
- Season tenders with lemon pepper. Heat oven to 350.
- Brown on both sides in olive oil, transfer to plate. If they aren"t completely done that"s OK, they will finish in the oven.
- Mix broth, juice, and garlic. Pour into pan to deglaze. Scrape up browned chicken bits. Sauce will be brown. Simmer for five minutes.
- Add flour, stir to thicken. Cook for two minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in cream.
- Add chicken back to pan, toss to coat. Put in 350 oven for 5 minutes to warm it all up. So delicious!
