Recipe Fried vegetables

Resep Fried vegetables

Ingredients :

  • 400 grams cabbage, chopped into small thin lengthwise
  • 70 grams rice flour
  • 200 grams wheat flour
  • 2 spring onions, cut into small pieces
  • 🍀🍀MIX IN A BLENDER: 6 shallots, 4cloves garlic, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp ground black pepper, 1 block chicken broth, 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  • 250-300 ml water
  • cooking oil for frying

Method :
  1. Add cabbage and spring onions in a bowl and stir well.
  2. Add rice flour and wheat flour in,mix it very well.
  3. Add water and Ground ingredients,stir well.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and then add a tablespoon vegetables batter,fry until golden brown.
  5. Bakwan(fried vegetables) ready to serve. Is good to eat it when it still hot. Enjoy😋😋😋
