Ingredients :
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 1/2 small onion
- 2 carrots chopped
- 2 celery stalks chopped
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 3/4 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp dried sage
- 1/4 tsp dried rosemary
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 tbls butter
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup wild rice
Method :
- Combine everything in crockpot on low for 4 hours
- Shred chicken, return to soup and serve.
