Ingredients :
- 1 pound beef, or any ground meat
- 1 medium head purple/red cabbage
- 1/3 stick butter
- 1/2 tablespoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic powder
- 2/3 chopped onion
- 2 large carrots
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoons honey
Method :
- Heat oil brown the beef
- Add chopped onion and sauté till onions are half done
- Wash and chop the cabbage. Add to beef
- Slice the carrots
- Add carrots to the beef and cabbage stir well. Cover and cook 20 minutes
- When carrots are tender, add vinegar and honey. Serve I hope you enjoy!
