Resep Japanese Kombu Dashi (Kelp Stock)

Ingredients :

  • 15 g kombu (dried kelp)
  • 1 liter cold water (1 quart)

Method :
  1. Soak kombu in the water overnight or 8 hours.
  2. Remove the kombu (you can use for other recipes if you like) and use the dashi stock for any recipe.
