Ingredients :
- 2 kg fish (preferably Sultan Ibrahim)
- Salt
- 3 tbsp cumin
- 2 head garlic
- Oil for frying
- Flour for coating
Method :
- Rub cleaned fish with salt and leave aside for 2 hours.
- Crush garlic and mix it with cumin.
- Stuff fish with garlic mix and leave aside for 1 hour.
- Roll fish in flour then deep fry till golden. Serve with fries/baked potatoes and green salad.
