Ingredients :
- 1 (8 oz) cream cheese softened
- several small yellow, red, and orange bell peppers
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- Chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup shredded parmasean, mild cheddar, and mexican cheese blend
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 6 slices Applewood Smoked Bacon cooked and crumbled
Method :
- Wash and slice all peppers in half, removing the seeds. Leave the stems for decoration. Mix all ingredients together. Scoop into the peppers. Place in oven at 350°F until lightly browned on top. Allow to cool for 15 mins and serve.
